Indoor & Outdoor Coffee Carts For Hire!

Hire one of our boutique indoor or outdoor coffee carts / vans for your next event (conference, AGM, trade show, wedding, funeral, birthday, retail event, office shout). We cater everything from small markets to large scale events. Urgent last minute bookings regularly taken.
We are based in Auckland however we also cover Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga.
We can offer either pay-per-cup with our mobile EFTPOS / credit card, or we have packages to suit.

Fieldays Northland bookings now available, Silver package or above. Limited carts available.

Packages (renew daily)

Includes 1x barista, indoor / outdoor cart hire, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, chai;
  • Express Package (up to 1 hour): $409 + GST. Includes your first 50 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST. (Auckland only)
  • Express Package plus (up to 2 hours): $469 + GST. Includes your first 60 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST. (Auckland only)
  • Bronze Package (up to 4 hours): $609 + GST. Includes your first 100 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST. (Auckland, Hamilton, Whangarei)
  • Silver Package (up to 6 hours): $849 + GST. Includes your first 150 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST.
  • Gold Package (up to 8 hours): $1,099 + GST. Includes your first 200 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST.
  • Platinum Package (up to 8 hours): $1,399 + GST. Includes your first 300 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST.
  • Diamond Package (up to 10 hours): $2,279 + GST. Includes your first 500 coffees. Additional coffees charged at $5.00 + GST.
  • Add mouthwatering smoothies for an additional 15% on any package (coffee caravans only).
  • All packages include 1 x barista. Additional baristas charged at $40 + GST per hour (3 hours minimum).
  • For conferences with short serving windows an additional barista may be required. Please let us know if this is the case.
  • Please select package according to expected times / numbers. We cannot guarantee we will have stock if numbers are largely over the package amount.
  • We cover Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua and anywhere in between.

Grey Lynn Farmers Market on Sunday mornings from 8.30am-12.00pm. Located at 501 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn. While you’re there you can sort out your veges for the week and a number of other treats, but come early to avoid the ques.

Coffee cart requirements:

Coffee Caravans
For smaller events we can either plug into standard 10 AMP wall power or we can run our own generator.
For larger events and festivals 32 AMP power supply is required as we run two coffee machines to cater for the masses. We can also use our generator if outdoors.
Indoor Coffee Kiosks
Dimensions 1.6m x 0.7m
10 AMP wall power required.
We also have smaller lift friendly carts available. 
Your Branding Or Ours
We have a couple of our own options you can choose from for branding the indoor cart, otherwise feel free to brand this as your own.
Pricing for a printed fabric wrap is $349 + GST (subject to change)

Terms of Payment:
For all events we require 20% deposit to secure your booking, and the remainder to be paid 5 days prior to the event.
