Based in Auckland and servicing Whangārei, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, and Taupō, we offer both pay-per-cup and prepaid package options.

Perfect for conferences, weddings, funerals, birthdays, retail events, and office shouts.

Coffee Cart Packages (Prices Renew Daily)

All packages include 1 barista, indoor or outdoor cart hire, premium organic coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and chai.

Express Package — Up to 1 Hour

$519 + GST
Includes 50 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.
Auckland inner suburbs and North Shore only.

Express Plus Package — Up to 2 Hours

$589 + GST
Includes 60 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.
Auckland only.

Bronze Package — Up to 4 Hours

$759 + GST
Includes 100 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.
Auckland, Hamilton, and Whangārei.

Silver Package — Up to 6 Hours

$1,049 + GST
Includes 150 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.

Gold Package — Up to 8 Hours

$1,349 + GST
Includes 200 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.

Platinum Package — Up to 8 Hours

$1,729 + GST
Includes 300 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.

Diamond Package — Up to 10 Hours

$2,759 + GST
Includes 500 coffees. Additional coffees: $5.50 + GST each.

Custom Packages

Tailored packages are available for larger events and special requirements.

Pay-Per-Cup Option

Ideal for public events where guests pay by cash or EFTPOS. Available on a case-by-case basis and may require a minimum guarantee.

Smoothie Add-On

Add our popular smoothies for 15% extra on any package (available with coffee caravans only).

Additional Baristas

Each package includes one barista. Extra baristas are available at $40 + GST per hour (minimum 3 hours).

Payment Options

We accept bank transfer, credit card, or 4 interest-free payments with Klarna.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder due 5 days prior to the event.

Your Branded Coffee Cart

Customise the cart with your own branding for a fully tailored look with full wraps and custom coffee cups.

Custom branding is available from $349 + GST (pricing subject to change).
